How we handle your data

Evefall Automation AB (info@evefall.se) is responsible for the personal data collected via evefall.com. Here we describe in plain language what we collect, why, and what rights you have. We never collect more than we need and we never sell data to anyone.

The booking form

When you send a booking request we process your name, company, email address, phone number and your description of the challenge. The data is used solely to respond to and handle your request. The request is created as a case in our own in-house customer system and is kept for as long as the matter is active.

The AI chat

What you type in the chat is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate answers. Therefore, do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information in the chat. We store no chat history on our servers — the conversation disappears when you close the page.

Cookies & local storage

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. We only store your appearance choices (such as colour theme) locally in your browser — they never leave your device.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email us and we will help you: info@evefall.se.
